POSITION OVERVIEW

JCYC seeks a passionate and results-driven Development Director to join their leadership team. The Development Director will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our organization by leading fundraising efforts, cultivating donor relationships, and implementing strategic initiatives to support their growth and impact. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a proven track record in nonprofit fundraising, team leadership, and strategic planning.

YOU ARE A/AN:

  • Strategic frontline fundraiser with experience developing and expanding programs in individual giving, major gifts, and corporate/foundation partnerships

  • Confident, motivated and poised leader who is excited to build and grow the fundraising operation at JCYC

  • Collaborative and dedicated to building authentic relationships with internal and external stakeholders

  • Deeply committed to serving the needs of the community and providing critically important resources through diversified funding streams

SALARY/BENEFITS

  • Salary range is $145,000-$160,000

  • Benefits include:
