Opened in 1958, Washington Hospital Healthcare System has grown to include a 415-bed, acute-care hospital, and the Washington Township Medical Foundation -- a multispecialty group of providers serving the community’s health needs. SALARY AND BENEFITS
· Salary Range $133,000-$175,000
· Benefits: Medical, dental and vision insurance begin after 90 days from hire date.
· Retirement Plan:
o Defined benefit retirement plan: mandatory employee contribution at 3.26%- and 5-year vesting period.
o Pre-tax retirement saving plan (403 (b)): dollar for dollar employer matching up to 1.5% begins after 90 days from hire date. Employer matching is vested at 20% each year with full vesting after 5 years.
o Long term disability: benefit of 50% of gross monthly base pay (up to $1,500 a month) after 90 days from hire date and 181 days after the date of disability.
· Earned Time Off (ETO): 7.69 hours of ETO earned bi-weekly for 0-1 year of service. ETO hours only available to use after 30 days of employment.
· Holidays: Seven (7) holidays included as part of ETO.
· Education Reimbursement: Reimbursement for the cost of tuition and books – maximum of $1,500 per fiscal year (July-June). Available to employees who have been employed at least one year.
