POSITION OVERVIEW

Reporting to the Executive Director, the Senior Director of Operations (DOO) is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the effective strategic, operational, and regional activities of Operation Dignity (OD). This includes management of one program head, overseeing financial management, human resources, and all general office administration.

  • Values-driven manager who is delighted to lead and support the staff through addressing internal needs and ensuring outstanding service to external partners and stakeholders.

  • Possessing a coaching and mentoring mindset, you look forward to the opportunity to continue to build a healthy coaching and feedback culture within Operation Dignity.

SALARY/BENEFITS

  • Salary range is $135,000-$150,000

  • Benefits include:

    • Holidays: 13 paid holidays and 1 floating holiday

    • Vacation: Unlimited PTO for exempt employees

    • Paid Sick Time: One hour for every 16 hours worked (accrue a max of 16 days)

    • Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance: 80% of premiums covered for employees (employees are responsible for paying for their dependents)
