YOU ARE

  • A transformative fundraising strategist who can build ANBA’s development function from the ground up—creating the frameworks, systems, segmentation strategies, and multi-year plan the organization has never had but urgently needs.

  • A mission-driven advocate who deeply understands the experiences and challenges faced by adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families—and can translate that understanding into compelling cases for support.

  • A data-informed, tech-savvy fundraiser with recent, real-world experience using modern outreach methods, donor segmentation, and digital tools to engage different generations, grow visibility, and reach new donor audiences across Northern California’s deep philanthropic landscape.

  • A confident, inspiring communicator—someone who can speak persuasively face-to-face, motivate the Board, guide the Executive Director, and bring clarity, direction, and best-practice fundraising expertise to a team still developing its fundraising “muscle.”

  • A collaborative, strategic leader who can partner closely with the Board and Executive Director to develop realistic revenue targets, articulate a path to success, diversify funding beyond government sources, and strengthen ANBA’s brand and community footprint to fuel long-term growth.
